EraseMyCrime.com collects email addresses to save quiz submissions, send summary emails when delivery is available, respond to user requests, improve the quiz, and send Michigan expungement information when a user asks to receive it.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not route quiz submissions to attorneys or outside organizations through the current version of the site.

We use email delivery, data management, analytics, and form tools to operate the service. The initial operating plan uses MailerLite for email delivery and Airtable for data management. These providers process information on our behalf.

Users may ask us to delete their information or stop contacting them by emailing support@erasemycrime.com. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link when sent through an email service provider.
