EraseMyCrime.com collects email addresses and optional phone numbers solely to deliver eligibility reports, respond to user requests, improve the quiz, and connect users with Michigan expungement resources when they explicitly request that connection.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share a user's contact information and quiz answers with a Michigan attorney only when the user asks to be connected or clearly consents to an introduction.

We use email delivery, data management, analytics, and form tools to operate the service. The initial operating plan uses MailerLite for email delivery and Airtable for data management. These providers process information on our behalf.

Users may ask us to delete their information or stop contacting them by emailing southpawcapitalllc@gmail.com. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link when sent through an email service provider.
